Where we ship

We ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Order processing

In-stock orders ship within 5 business days of the order date. You will get an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a tracking email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 6 business days, email us at support@fairtexstore.com.

Shipping rates: United States

• Free standard shipping on orders of $175 or more.
• Orders under $175: the rate depends on the products in your cart and your order total. You will see the exact rate at checkout before you pay.
• Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an added fee.
• Alaska and Hawaii: economy shipping, free on orders of $175 or more.

Cancellations

• Standard shipping orders: cancel within 48 hours of ordering.
• Expedited shipping orders: cancel within 8 hours of ordering.
• Next-day orders cannot be cancelled.

If you cancel after your order has shipped, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or wrong, email photos to support@fairtexstore.com and we will make it right. For returns, see our Refund Policy.
