Fairtex Fight Promotion Launches Road To ONE Tournament
Prem Busarabavonwongs, Chatri Sityodtong, and a host of athletes came together for the Road To ONE Tournament. There are three weight classes for the contest, 70kg, 61kg, and 52kg. Within each division are eight athletes. The winners of each division will take home a contract worth $100,000.
At the recent press conference Sityodtong, CEO of ONE Championship, and Prem Busarabavongwons, promoter for Fairtex Fight Promotion, drew the matches. There are some incredible bouts lined up.

Girl Gang At Work
Two female talents joined the growing roster of Nak Muay Ying at Fairtex. Nongam, formerly of GT Fitness Pranburi, and Junior Fairtex are now on the team.
Nongam is a veteran of 200 plus fights. Most of her bouts taking place in Chiangmai and the countryside. The hard hitting puncher fought several times at Fairtex Fight Promotion. She fought to a points win over Chabakaew Sitnayokkrungthep at Lumpinee in early July.
“The training here is good,” Nongam said. “It’s very professional.”
Nongam goes to the Road To ONE Tournament at Lumpinee. In her first bout, she will face Lommanee The Legend Arena.
Junior Fairtex is a recent acquisition as well. The young 15 year old fought 50 times already. Her father is a former boxer who helped her with her early bouts.
“Training here is hard,” Junior said. “Before I trained with my father. Now I have a lot of sparring partners.”
Junior recently performed at Fairtex. She took on Daajalafah Sor Nagang. Junior showed she was the more experienced fighter winning the bout within the first round.
Nakrob Getting Back To Work

After a hard loss to Batman Or Atchiraya at Lumpinee, Nakrob is looking to get back into action. International promoters have been contacting the forward pressing fighter. Fighting at 135lbs he’s taken on famed international fighters such as Mathias Cassarino and Michael Savvas. We’re excited to see what’s next in store for the warrior from Surin.
Knock Outs By Wong Fei Hung
Chinese athlete Wong Fei Hung is on a tear. He’s fought twice on the Fairtex Fight Promotion card and has won by early stoppage both times. In his debut at Lumpinee, he took on Fahpayak Seuablack Muay Thai. The bout stopped early as Wong chopped away at Fahpayak’s legs. In his second outing, Wong cut his foe with devastating elbows. Wong used a long guard to soak up the attacks of Sytheun Silabouth from Laos. He then cut at Sytheun until his opponent fell. Wong goes to the Road To ONE Tournament starting in early August.
Ferrari Wins At Rajadamnern, Next Stop Songkhla
The luxury fighter, Ferrari had a terrific performance at Rajadamnern. The athlete beat out top level fighter Petchutong or Kwanmuang in the fourth round. Ferrari was in control and Petchutong was stuttering to a stop. The referee stepped in to halt the destruction. Fresh off the victory, Ferrari goes to Songkhla in the south of Thailand for another bout. This time he will take on Yodlekpetch Or Pitisak. The two have battled before. Ferrari took points win over the heavy handed and strong leg kicker at Channel 7. Now Ferrari will face his adversary once again.
Petchnamneung Makes History
Rajadmanern stadium is opening up. The oldest stadium in Bangkok is hosting a Muay Thai tournament beginning July 22nd. For the first time, female athletes will compete. Included is Petchnamneung Fairtex. She will face 7 other boxers. Each boxer will collide with each other in a league system. The winner of the bout will get 3 points. The goal, is to collect as many points and to take home the tournament win.
Bloody Nose And Back To The Ring
Coming off his loss in Dubai, American Aaron Zackon is ready to get back into the ring. He’s going to Lumpinee for another bout at Fairtex Fight Promotion. Zackon had a controversial stoppage loss in his last bout. The referee stepped in during the second round. According to the official, there was too much blood from Zackon’s nose. Blood or not, Zackon is geared up to fight.
