Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free standard shipping on orders over $125 to mainland U.S .

How long does delivery take?

Delivery speeds vary based on which speed you select at checkout. Once your product ships, delivery will be 2-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, you must order from the respective international sites. We ship to these countries

Can I ship multiple items to different addresses?

Each order can only be sent to 1 address. If you’d like to ship to another address, a new order will need to be made.

What is Navidium?

Navidium is insurance protection you buy when you place your order, in case of any challenges such as damage or loss in transit, we guarantee a replacement at our cost.

This is optional but if you don’t use it, the liability for any loss or damage in transit falls within USPS who is our main courier partner.

They may compensate or deny any claims at their discretion.

We are not responsible for following up on USPS claims if you do not have Navidium but we’ll do our best to assist.

Fairtex Products

What is the durability like?

Fairtex gloves and gear generally last several years with regular use, depending on intensity and maintenance.

What materials do you use?

Syntek leather is the signature leather for Fairtex, but select products have genuine cowhide leather.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes we offer a 30 day guarantee for any damages to the product. Please inspect your product upon arrival for any defects and we will cladly return/replace your product. 

How do I look after my Fairtex gear?

We also recommend using a glove deodorizer to absorb any sweat and help to prevent bacteria build up in your gloves.

For other products we recommend regularly spraying with disinfectant, or wiping your product down with disinfectant wipes, and drying thoroughly.

Handwraps can we reccomend be placed in a mesh bag and washed in the wash machine. 

Is Fairtex gear breathable?

Yes, Fairtex gear is designed with breathability in mind, especially in our gloves.
The BGV1BR – Breathable gloves are especially designed for breathability with a mesh palm design.
Many models, like the BGV1 gloves, include ventilation holes in the palm area to help with airflow and reduce moisture buildup during training. 

Please check the product descriptions as some products are more breathable than others.

Can I get my product personalized?

We do not have any customization options for 1 off orders. However, if you are a gym/school who would like to customize your gym gloves we can offer bulk orders for situations like this.

Please keep in mind the minimum order for customization can be high but reach out to find our.

My Order

Can I change my order?

Yes you can make changes to your order as long as our fulfillment center has not processed/shipped your order. We cannot guarantee any changes made after the order has been placed will be implemented as our fullfillment process is extremely fast. However, the sooner you report the changes the higher the chances of being implemented.

Can I change the shipping address?

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made once the order is placed. This is because we fulfill all orders within 24 hours. The sooner you contact us, the better your chances.

If your order has already been processed and shipped to the incorrect address, we are unable to recall or modify it. In such cases, the order will likely be returned to our warehouse due to 'incorrect address' or 'no recipient'. If that happens and we receive the item back, we will either issue a refund or provide store credit so you can reorder with the correct address.

Please note, we cannot guarantee the return will be successful or expedite the process.

Please include your order number and the correct and complete shipping address so we can verify this before taking any next steps.

How do I track my order?

The quickest way to track your order is to use our live chat button at the bottom left corner of your screen. Click the option “track and manage my orders”

Or you can send us an email reply from your order confirmation email we sent you. We will get back to you in less than 24 hours.

PS:We automatically send the tracking updates for your order as soon as we process it, so the tracking number could be somewhere in your inbox already.

My order has arrived damaged, can you help?

Please reach out to support@fairtexstore.com with clear photos of the damaged items, and including your Order number for fastest service.
Please make sure any labels on the box or the product wrapping are legible. Include photos of the products inside and outside the box.

Damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving them to be eligible for a return, refund, or store credit.

If 30 days have passed, your request will sadly be denied.

I have received an incorrect item. What do I do?

This rarel but can happen, and if it does our team is always on standby to help.

Please Follow the steps below.

1.Take photos of the products you received, including any labels on the box. The labels are super important for our warehouse team to back-trace the inventory and root out the cause for the incorrect item. They must be close up enough to be legible.

2.Take separate photos of the items you received outside the box, again with any labels being legible.

3.Email our customer support team via support@fairtexstore.com with these photos explaining the product you ordered and expected to receive.

What happens next?

Our team will verify this, and if approved, ask you to process a return via our returns page here. When this is approved on our end, you will receive a return label, and use it to send the products back to the warehouse.

When the items are received and inspected by the warehouse team we shall initiate a refund, so you can re-order the correct item. We can also create store credit if you prefer.

Incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of receiving them to be eligible for a return, refund, or store credit. If 30 days have passed, your request maybe denied.

Discount Coupon

I just placed an order and I realized I did not apply my discount. Can I apply the discount after purchase?

Yes, please reach out - at support@fairtexstore.com

There are a couple of options:

Option 1.We can extend the discount you already have so you can use it in future orders.
Option 2.Or we can apply the code to your current order, only if there was no other discount applied.

PS:We cannot accept two or more discounts on the same order.

Do you have any upcoming discounts?

What if I want a refund?

You can return your order using our returns portal within the 30 day policy window for a refund.

If your order has not entered processing stage, we’ll cancel it right away. 

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and should reflect on your account in 3-5 business days.

Wholesale

How do I set up a wholesale account?

Step 1.Go ahead and sign up for a wholesale account here, if you have not already
Step 2. Send your Reseller’s Permit or Proof of business to support@fairtexstore.com
Step 3.Wait for our team to process your request and approve your account, usually within 24 hours
Step 4.Once your account is approved, you can start placing your orders using the login credentials you created in Step 1 above.

What documents do I need to set up an account?

Reseller’s permit, and EIN to prove you are a registered business.

What's the minimum order value under wholesale?

Orders must be a minimum of $750. You can read more about our wholesale Ts and Cs - here

Do I get a wholesale discount?

Yes - Our wholesale prices are already discounted to give you the best possible profit margin.

Can I use your prouct images?

Where can I sell my products?

You can sell our products on your own website, social media, or at your gym.

However, advertising or selling on third-party websites like eBay, Walmart.com, or Amazon is not permitted and will result in the termination of your account without prior notice, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

How do I sign up to become an affiliate?

Payment is processed via PayPal on the first day of every month.

Can I be removed from your mailing list?

Yes, no problem.

At the bottom of each email is an unsubscribe button. Simply click that and you will be unsubscribed from any discounts, special offers, and emails

Can I be removed from your SMS campaigns as well?

Of course, You can simply reply STOP to any message we send you and you will no longer receive any promotions, discount, or any SMS messages from us.
