Other sites may have lower starting prices, but because they ship from Thailand wait times are longer, there are import duties on delivery, and shipping + the item price ends up being much more than buying direct from us. We ship, and are based, in the USA. 

Our customer service center is also located in the US, aswell so returns and exchanges are easy.
