30 Day Free Returns Exchanges
You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of your order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Unused and In Same Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Note that some items are shipped in pairs, so they must be returned in pairs. If you do not return items in pairs you must either ship the 2nd item or pay for shipping back + $20 administrative fee for us to send you back your single item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only pay for shipping both ways on items returned if they are defective or damaged. If you are simply needing a new size or style, please process a refund and reorder the size you need. 

Inspecting Your Item

Once your return is received and inspected,we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
